fate is kind of a funny thing.according to the dictionary: fate [feyt]noun, verb, fat·ed, fat·ing. –noun
1. something that unavoidably befalls a person; fortune; lot.
2. the universal principle or ultimate agency by which the order of things is presumably prescribed; the decreed cause of events; time.

I'm not sure what the real definition of fate is. but recently,
my view of fate has been tested and
I'm not so sure that I really believe in it anymore.
when you love someone & they die, is it fate that took them?
if you hate someone & you somehow push aside your differences,
is it fate that brought you together?
or when you find the one person who makes you feel
something that no one else can, whether that be love,
compassion, wonder, joy, etc. is it fate that tears you apart?
or is it fate that seems to save you in the dead of night
when you believe the world is against you? what is fate?

'It is not in the stars to hold our destiny, but in ourselves.'
- Shakespeare.

is it fate, lack of decision or luck?
